Community people of Bangladesh especially young adults & adolescent girls who are underprivileged, less-educated, unemployed, un-served, dropped out from education and people with disability and victims with survivors of the poor family. Also priority will be given to the women who are surviving with victimization due to torture, harassment, violence, divorced, separated, acid burns and any other inhuman actions.

OBJECTIVES:

• To build Capacity with skill training to get trainees self driven professional workers with confidence.
• To help trainees for having job placement as skill employees in the respective sectors and to be self employed also.
• To provide Modular Courses against payment according to the need of domestic and international/overseas market.
• To seek sponsorship for students from renowned industries, business houses and organizations.
• To produce innovative and quality products to cater to fulfill the need for both national and international markets.
• To develop need based marketing strategy that supports training and production through personal contacts, advertisement, participation in fairs, websites, sales agents etc.
• To build partnerships with national and international organizations and industries with the aim of developing joint venture agreements.

GOALS:

• Produce Technically Skill Human Resources to be engaged in income generating fields for their economic and social empowerments.
• To build, patronize, promote and manage DISA’s own recruiting agency.
• The ultimate objective of “DISA recruiting agency” will be to formulate proper ways and means for employment generation of technically skilled manpower in overseas countries.
