Being a developing country- Bangladesh has the opportunity to utilize its resources at optimum level. The best and effective utilization of agriculture and human resources can uplift the poor community of Bangladesh. With this view in end DISA initiated to establish DIST to impart market oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for the children's of poor community people as well as DISA's micro finance family members. The ultimate objective is to build skilled manpower and human resources to meet up the national and international demand of labor market.
